5.12. Removal, troubleshooting and installation of a flywheel

The flywheel is removed for replacement of a back epiploon of a bent shaft, for its replacement at damage of a gear wreath and for grinding of a surface under the conducted clutch plate.
It will be required to you: the tools necessary for removal of the transmission and coupling, and also a face head "on 17", the big screw-driver.
1. Remove the transmission (see. "Removal and installation of the transmission") and coupling (see. "Removal and installation of coupling").
2. Mark in any way a relative positioning of a flywheel and a bent shaft.

The flywheel has to be established on a bent shaft only in one possible situation. For simplification of installation of a flywheel we recommend to mark a relative positioning of details.

3. Turn out six bolts of fastening of a flywheel. At the same time by means of the screw-driver hold a flywheel from a provorachivaniye, having screwed previously one of bolts of fastening of the transmission.
4. Having turned out bolts and holding a flywheel, remove a lock plate of bolts.
5. Remove a flywheel from a flange of a bent shaft.
6. Check a condition of teeths of a rim of a flywheel and in case of their damage replace a flywheel.
7. Replace or repair a flywheel if on surfaces of a prileganiye of the conducted clutch plate there are risks and teases.
8. If on a flange of a flywheel there were cracks or deep zaboina, replace a flywheel.
It is possible to check and repair a flywheel in the workshop having the special equipment.

Not planeness of a surface of 3 (fig. 5.7) of a prileganiye of the conducted clutch plate should not exceed 0,06 mm.
Not parallelism of surfaces of a prileganiye of the conducted clutch plate and surface 2 for fastening of coupling should not exceed 0,1 mm.
The flywheel beating on surfaces 3 and 1 should not exceed 0,1 mm.
For removal deep рисок and zadir the surface 3 flywheels can be pierced, thickness of a layer of the removed metal should not exceed 1 mm. Along with a surface 3 it is necessary to pierce also a surface 2, maintaining the size between them (0,5±0,1) mm. At a pro-point sustain parallelism of surfaces 3 and 1.

Before installation of a flywheel apply an anaerobic clamp of a carving on a carving of bolts of its fastening, previously having degreased bolts and carving openings under them.

Establish a flywheel as it should be, the return to removal, having combined openings on a flywheel and a flange of a bent shaft (they are located asymmetrically).
