6.2.1. Features of a design

On the car the five-speed transmission integrated with differential and the main transfer is installed.
The main shaft 29 (fig. 6.4) is executed in the form of the block of the leading gear wheels which are in continuous gearing with the conducted gear wheels of all transfers of the forward course. A secondary shaft 25 – hollow, with a removable leading gear wheel 3 main transfers. On secondary to a shaft the conducted gear wheels 16, 18, 19, 21, 23 and synchronizers 17, 20, 24 of transfers of the forward course are located. Forward bearings 4, 31 of shaft — roller, back 22, 28 – ball. Under the forward bearing of a secondary shaft the oil pan 5 directing an oil stream in a secondary shaft and further under the conducted gear wheels is located.
Differential symmetric with gear wheels 8 and two satellites 10 of conical shape. The preliminary tightness in bearings of differential is regulated by selection of thickness of a ring 13. To a flange of a box of differential the conducted gear wheel of the 12th main transfer fastens.

The drive of gear shifting consists of the lever 15 (fig. 6.5) of gear shifting, a spherical support 17, draft 14, a rod of the 5th choice of transfers, mechanisms of the choice and gear shifting.
To exclude spontaneous switching off of transfers owing to axial movement of the power unit on the support at the movement of the car, jet draft 18 is entered into the drive of control of the transmission, one end of which is connected with the power unit, and the holder of the 16th spherical support of the lever 15 of gear shifting is attached to other end.
On the internal end of a rod 5 the lever 1 which affects the trekhplechy lever 2 mechanisms of the choice of transfers is fixed. This mechanism is executed by separate knot and fastens to the coupling case plane.

In the case 10 (fig. 6.6) of the mechanism of the choice of transfers two axes fasten. On axis 3 the trekhplechy lever of the choice of transfers, two blocking brackets 7 and 12 are installed. Other axis 2 passes through openings of blocking brackets, fixing them from a provorachivaniye. The shoulder of the lever of 1 choice of transfers serves for inclusion of transfers of the forward course, a lever 9 shoulder – for inclusion of a backing, and the third shoulder is affected by the lever of a rod of the choice of transfers. On axis 6 the fork of the 8th inclusion of a backing is established.

The transmission arrangement on the car is shown in fig. 6.7.
In the transmission oil which level has to be between control tags of the index of level of oil is filled in.

Good advice
During filling a box try to fill in in it slightly more oil (approximately on 100 ml), than it is recommended manufacturer. Such measure will provide the best operating conditions of the bearing of a gear wheel of the V transfer located highly in a case and greased only by spraying.
